Perfume or spray deodorant is enough?
Is perfume better than deodorant? What is more healthy and useful, perfume or a classic deodorant in a spray?
In every season, it is mostly an unwritten rule that we use cosmetics. Not only personal hygiene cosmetics but cosmetics in the form of fragrances. The role of scents is to make our impact on our immediate surroundings more pleasant. After all, it is a matter of course to spread a fragrance around yourself and not an unpleasant smell, which can be caused by various factors.
In their daily hygiene ritual, almost everyone likes to reach for deodorant in the form of a spray, or for their favorite perfume. And at this step, we will stop a little. Did you know that using classic deodorants (popularly called “spray”) is something completely different from using perfume or perfumed water? In an ordinary spray, there is a huge amount of different chemical substances, the task of which is to cover the unwanted smell.

How to use perfume or perfumed water?
At this point, you probably already have an inkling that it probably won’t be very healthy. Of course, not using any fragrances and – let’s face it – stink will probably not be healthy either. The solution is to set your hygiene rules, which will create a kind of hygienic and relaxing ritual for the individual. Probably the simplest way is a classic morning shower, during which the body gets rid of the remnants of the night and the subsequent application of perfume or perfumed water.
A healthy perfume or perfumed water should have a fresh, unobtrusive effect and should not disturb the surroundings. A healthy perfume (and even perfumed water) gradually wears off after a few hours and is no longer as intense as immediately after application.
Perfume and even perfumed water must not work for a long time
However, there is often an assumption among people that perfume (or perfumed water) should work on the body “as long as possible”, even after the next bath or shower. Ladies and gentlemen often “get ahead” that this or that perfume lasts up to 24 hours or even longer. And this is a big mistake.
A high-quality perfume or perfumed water must in no case have an intense smell for more than a few hours. A high-quality perfume, or perfumed water, must go through its three phases (top, heart, base) and should slowly fade away on the skin. At the very end of the action, there should be almost no smell at all.
However, in regular fragrance shops (often pompously calling themselves “perfumeries”), salespeople will often try to convince you otherwise. However, these stores in regular shopping centers are far from professional and from professional perfumeries, so please do not be misled.
